Heart Rhythm 2025 Late-Breaking Abstracts

SAN DIEGO, CA (PRNewswire) — The research findings reported in the two late-breaking abstracts featured today at Heart Rhythm 2025 have the potential to significantly shift current clinical practice and advance the field of cardiovascular care. These presentations are being highlighted in a special session designed to shine a spotlight on high-impact research that is not yet ready for the main meeting stage.

SNO is allowing authors to submit their studies as late-breaking even if final results are not available by the initial June 6 submission deadline. This is because it’s important for SNO to provide visibility to all new and significant research – including those with more preliminary data that have the potential to influence practice, rather than focus exclusively on those with definitive findings.

The late-breaking abstract submission system opens on 15 April 2024 at 00:01 CEST and closes on 28 April 2024 at 23:59 CEST. This is around five weeks before the congress starts. The title and abstract body of a late-breaking abstract must report novel and urgent research that could not have been submitted in time for the regular abstract submission deadline. New aspects/focus of a study that have already been presented at another meeting are welcome. Simultaneous submission of the same abstract to other meetings is not allowed. The presenting author will be contacted in case of acceptance by the end of April. Accepted late-breaking abstracts will be formally presented onsite during the EULAR congress by the delegated presenting author in an assigned session.
